Regarding Gms Yes, Many of my trades are based on a breakout. Like NVDA.; Today AMZN YHOO EBAY , were all purchased before any breakout occurred.
Currently I watch KG also for longer base swing. Below are some of the plays I will look to trade based on momentum breakouts, market allowing environment of course.

You trade breakouts, I see. And not looking to see if it actually breakout, at that. Any other criteria you like to see?
BTW, how do you like the turtle strategy of not taking a trade (for 20 day highs) if the last breakout was a winning trade?
