He knows he would still be primaried by a Republican in 2024 and lose though.Better to go out fighting and letting future Manchins know this will not be tolerated than doing nothing imo.And The DOJ would have a strong federal case against his daughter from what Ive read.Even if they lose make her go through it.

Options are limited because of gerrymandering in House races and small states being over represented in the Senate, there isn't much to be done except hoping for a big wave sometime in the future.

The attorney General of Ohio says that it is required that a rape of a 10 year old needs to be reported, evidence needs to be gathered and a rape kit completed......The child would need medical attention
The Attorney general says there is no record of this.
