Thatr RCG would +1 something as ridiculous as this shows what a soft feeble mind he has, calling what goes on in the united states a budget, is the same as saying you are running a budget when you run out of money on your credit card.

Sorry man, spending money on a credit card until you run out does not mean you are following a budget. Especially when yoiu are unwilling to show the way you are going to spend the money you dont have in advance.
