10 Things to Say to an Obama Voter Who Just Got Laid Off ...

Quote from AK Forty Seven:

If you want to go back to school to get new skills you would be fucked if Romney had won because he and Ryan would have cut education financial assistance
GOOD! The federal government has no business being involved in it anyway.

In keeping with the unemployed theme:

Dear Valued Employees:

As the CEO of this organization, I have resigned myself to the fact that Barack Obama is still our President and that our taxes and government fees will continue to increase in a BIG way.

To compensate for these increases, our prices have to increase by about 10%. But, since we cannot increase our prices right now due to the dismal state of the economy, we will have to lay off sixty of our employees instead.

This has really been bothering me as I believe we are family here. I didn't know how to choose who would have to go.

So, this is what I did. I walked through our parking lots and found sixty 'Obama' bumper stickers on our employees' cars and have decided these folks will be the ones to let go. I can't think of a more fair way to approach this problem.

They voted for change... and I gave it to them.

I will see the rest of you at the annual company picnic.

So much for meritocracy.:(

Dumber than Buckwheat and Spike? That's pretty fucking dumb.

RCG has the capacity to understand when things make common sense. Occasionally he chooses to ignore that, but he still has capacity. Spike, I'm convinced, posts just to get a rise out of some folks. He just throws a one liner out there, but I have the feeling he's casually grazing through the forum as one stop on a tour of a whole host of forums.

AK is just flat out dumb. Ignores reality, perpetually cheerleads, and is the forum equivalent of a political teen age activist completely devoid of real world experience. I knew a lot of girls like that when I went for my undergrad. We lied to them about our beliefs to get in bed with them, and they never knew any different. Outwardly proclaiming progressive thinking, yet dumb as a box of rocks.

You are one funny guy.

So if a CEO lays off Obama voters, this is the end of meritocracy.

But if you vote for Obama you get free "stuff", basically your fair share.

You need to plead guilty.:D

Quote from AK Forty Seven:

Thanks to Obamacare if you have a pre existing condition and lose your employer health care you will soon be able to get insurance since they will no longer be able to deny you due to a pre existing condition. If you had voted for Romney obamacare would be repealed and you would have no health care and less unemployment benefits

Not true. Romney said he would not change that part. See link below.
