1) I have no idea if the whole bill would be overturned but I doubt it. Looks like we would have to try private pools instead of federal ones. They could perhaps simply pass a common law that no one could be DQ'ed because of pre-existing conditions.
2) the country is nearly evenly split.
3) the military would absolutely split, if not for any other reason, perhaps a power grab by a general who thinks he knows better. As for the other shit, I never said any of it.

they cost more than u think. They are simply waste, we get nothing in return for money spent. Use "welfare queens" for example, in this case we get more burdens for financing their mass reproductions.

It is close enough. obama won in a "landslide" he got 69.5 mil in the pop vote and mccain got about 60 mil.
