10 countries that hate the U.S. the most

I thought you were above the typical politics forum posts.

I will admit my post has a bias. But I do want to point out that many of these countries who "hate the U.S." have much more brutal "justice" systems than our country. And on the relative scale "God Bless America" associated with a brawl over chicken McNuggets pales in comparison to the brutality and oppression of Islamic cleric controlled regimes.

If a black man thinks he has issues in the U.S. (and I admit there are issues) and that these countries that hate the U.S. are much better places then let him immigrate to Slovenia, Tajikistan, Egypt, Iran, Pakistan, Lebanon, Belarus, or Russia -- and see how brutally they mistreat treat black people.

Most Muslims don’t hate America, just like most conservatives aren’t racists even though that’s the image you see on tv all the time.

I will agree. I have worked over the years with a diverse group of people from all over the world. The Muslims I have worked with have been bright, hard-working, charitable, and decent people. The largest group of victims of Islamic terrorism are their fellow Muslims, I do not find the Muslims I have worked with (who are normally educated with Master degrees +) to "hate the U.S." I will note that I have also worked in the U.A.E. and other Muslim countries so I have a broader view than some others.

However the regimes of some countries such as Iran are completely focused on generating hate towards the U.S. -- and their judicial systems and punishments are barbaric and based on the 10th century. I recognize in Iran there is a young generation who suffers greatly under the clerical oppression.

My parents visited Iran a few months ago. They were shocked at how cosmopolitan Tehran was. It's nothing like the images we see. The people were quite friendly. I agree about the regimes.

A lot of the "barbarianism" that you read about (in Pakistan or Afghanistan or even in Hindu India) is in the rural villages where people are uneducated and backwards. Not that different from the stereotypes of West Virginia here.
