If we did not subsidize cronies like walmart by giving out foodstamps and all sorts to subsidies to their workers... mom and pop stores might make a comeback.

I say if we are going to increase minimum wage lets also phase out food stamps, housing subsidies and unemployment insurance for able bodied people.
