10,000 hour rule

The rule states the average person needs 10k hours to become an expert. It roughly works out 5 years full time study.

I started researching trading in 2007 and now have 5 years experience in trading. Heres how it breaks down

9000 hours, reading trading forums/articles etc
500 hours, reading trading books
490 hours, looking at charts
10 hours, trading.

I guess I need to change my focus. :D
