As usual you are selectively forgetting that the DOD has failed the past 7 years audits. Of course according to your lopsided reasoning the whole 7 years was Bush's fault, can't you do math. Enron cooked the books during the previous administration and it was revealed recently but guess where you lay the whole blame.
