I assume the bold was supposed to mean can considering the way the sentence is structured. Its obvious you have never dealt with VA healthcare if you think govt run healthcare would be better than what we have now. The US military has less than 2 mil people.

Anyone wanting govt run healthcare is not only a sheltered idiot who has no idea how the world works, they have never dealt with the combination of govt and healthcare because if they have they would know how fuckin asinine the whole argument of govt run healthcare is.
