Pretty sure the testimony is released @ exactly 10:00am prior to Powell actually reading it.
Market reacted to the printed release IMO.

Agree with that. It was most certainly not released at 830. Not sure on what @SunTrader bases that claim.

Might even throw a 75 bp increase there. All depends on how inflation goes and how well they think the economy can take it.
