Gee whiz guy you gotta look at the chart. W Virginia leads in number of people on disability. Alabama is 3rd. Just because some lame ass county has a 25% disability rate means they have better docrtors and appeal lawyers. It's federal guidelines to qualify.

In fairness, i was privy to his yearbook photo before i made the guess, the guess i made upon seeing spike trader's photo may have been lucky
