1. What are the best Emerging market ETFs ? Best in terms of Lower than peer group P/Es, reasonably diversified...large cap etc etc

2. Which sites offer the best ETF screener... free ones initially please

EEM, ADRE etc are good Emerging Market ETFs. It is best to do some kind of DCA into these.

VWO, trades more volume then ADRE, less than eem but it has a 1 penny spread which is nice

Screening ETF's by fundamentals such as Price/Earnings, Price/Sales, Price/Cashflow, Price/Book. You can also look at performance, volume, beta, etc.
