1% a day and MM

Net = 317.4. I actually feel a bit rattled from that mental error. I am going to walk away for a few and restart the day to clear my head.
 
off a trend reverse and a small ledge after news release. Could have tried a few seconds earlier at ~17, but waited to see if whipsawed. Took 3 off at ^26 while typing. Will hold to ^24-23 area for now.
 
with nothing but the price bars and see how that goes. I think I have noticed that I am only looking at what the price is doing and can see the trend and s/r using trend lines and horizontal lines, so I 'm thinking what is that other junk doing? I'll find out.:D Serioulsy I have spent too much in the past on the junk( maybe not a completely fair statement) that is out there, and found that most of what works is referencing trend and s/r anyway, and those can be seen and referenced without all the doo hickey indicators.
 
as bonds went thru 110^18. It had been making small lower highs and then broke to the downside after failing to make lower lows intially overnight. Add another oh well to the trading sheet. :) I have the ^12-13 area as a support area and it just bounced there, so I maybe waiting to see what happens now.
