That along with other market stabalizing import / export policies were used.
Open the gates and watch these artificially high, propped up Oil prices (refined and unrefined) collapse back to their market levels.
The other countries are holding their collective breathe with the conditions that exist here in the US.
Artificial conditions, at that.
