Very well could be. Let's hope that there is work being done behind the scenes so that this internet tax bill doesn't turn into a state by state ftt. The bill is all but certain to pass the Senate later this week. Hopefully someone will attach an amendment to the bill with some language so that states can't use this to tax stock trades.
