Tobin tax could cost 20 times what it raises

Eurozone member Estonia's position on FTT:

[Prime Minister] Ansip said Estonia was prepared to discuss the financial transaction tax but added Estonia had no special interests in this field: “We are prepared to support the initiative if it increases the stability of the financial system and prevents competition distortions.”
