Well it was predictable that this tax would come up during the Climategate talks in Copenhagen. It's good that Germany no longer favors the tax as this will never happen internationally (IMHO) and certainly not here in the US...

He didnt say anything about the tax it was just talk with kudlow about other things
 
Trans tax is not gonna happend, Obama just give small businesses 0% cap gains,
no WAY he's going to put a new tax on Wallstreet Now!! that will hurt this small businesses. :D
