Cheap energy should be absolute priority for whole earth. But it seems world just doesn't have what it takes to pull that off.

Curious, Maytag or Sub-Zero? Dropping a fridge in the middle of the folks wouldn't do much. Will you also teach the need for freezer bags? How about sanitation for the food? And what language will the manual be in again?

How about that needed parts depot and repair guy? Grass huts, mud floors and the latest 2006 model gear, I am really confused. What happens if they can't afford this stuff? I mean you didn't expect labor, unions, corporations to just contribute for the hell of it did you? :)
