So employees, who have been verified as working for this company, have stated the following:

Employees told the local television station that they are instructed to simply stare at a computer screen and hit refresh every 10 minutes.

Hitting a refresh on your PC every 10 minutes is work? And a goal of processing 2 applications a month is work? Sorry, no one ... even the most lazy person you might find would say that is work. It's a handout .... something ($$$$$) for essentially nothing.

OK, so we've gone from "paid not to work" to "paid to monitor a computer screen".

I expect the "goal of two applications a month" will now morph into "actually though, they processed hundreds of apps a month" or "well, we would have have had work but our stupid ass republican governor refused to participate in the rollout" or something like that.

The report suggests that Serco is keeping an unnecessary number of employees because it gets paid per worker, instead of by the number of applications they are processing. They are currently hiring.

My first job after college was working for a contractor on an Air Force contract. Contractors do what they need to do to maximize what they take in on a contract. And the government ... they don't care what a contract costs ... it's not their $$$$.

The employee who was recorded successfully showed they worked at Serco. And others have come forward with the same assertions. So you are saying they are all lieing? Clueless best describes you.

So the article I cited .. regarding the CEO resignation is a 'blog'? So the fact they have been under investigation for fraud is made up? Can you READ? Are you LITERATE?
