They lie about regulation, so I suppose that all you can do is to try and parlay your $30 or whatever and hope that they cash you out. Sure, they are going to pay on lunch money "selective scammers" as it is.

If you just spend a few minutes a day trading ODTE, then that is gambling.

Nope. It isn't the length but the positive expectancy (or lack of it) that determines gamblinghood. You could have a sweet set up in a 15 minutes window everyday with a 70% expectancy rate, that is not gambling.

It must be sustainable since they've been around since 2017. It makes sense the losers payout the winners and pocket options "pockets" the remaining. Now I get the name...at first I thought it meant you can trade from your phone in your pocket.

Just made the $20 on a $25 trade in 4 minutes...and I'm still just testing things out. This time I tried the "Pending order" where you can setup limit orders. I picked a level I wanted to enter the trade, and then selected the minimum payout I wanted so put that at 60% (it paid out 80% but can fluctuate) so if payout was less than 60% then the order would not fill. This is seriously the greatest thing to come to trading. You can even roll the option out in time if you need more, or double down.

Ok a little end of the night mishaps. I put a trade a 10 minute trade on for $50 but didn't realize it was set to 1 minute so I lost that one...would have been a winner.

Then the revenge trading kicked in and I placed a 4 minute $100 trade and won that one BUT didn't realize I had actually placed a $1 trade so collected a whole .90 on it.

Then I was like f it I'm going to do the quickest trade they have which is 5 seconds and I put $100 and got it! So I collected $90 recouping my losses and making a $40.90 profit...should have been $140.90 though.

Ok so 30 trades in I am at a 71% win rate...would have been higher without the mishaps. I am also usually at a reward:risk of about 50:8 or 100:16. I can box in trades which is a million times better than stopping out. The best part is there are no fees, no spread, no time decay, all I have to to is be 0.01 ITM to make 100% of profits.
