Most of my trades are exploiting the vol-skew and vol-switch (backwardation in vols on tenors).

this is way sophisticated for my level, I wouldn't even know where to find these on a chart. Do you recommend any books that I can read more on this topic?

A 5 Delta option with one day to expiry has no premium -just done the calcs for FTSE. I'd actually be paying for the privilege of trading! To quote this lady: I find that fees and commissions eat up 30-50% of the profits. Always happy to learn-even after 23 years trading. Very happy we do not have 0DTE gambling in the UK.
