03/14 - IB datafeed messed up?

Seems to me as if IB data in TWS has problems of being updated? Half my quotes are not showing, I can't find any pattern it just seems to update random rows at a time, with other rows remaining empty.

Only happens to all my equity positions, futures seem fine.
 
we have noticed majority of our stock in the nasdaq and nyse are locked and have been now for a while, straight now last 10 mina.
some of the traders can't get out
looks the someone knows something we don't.

we just received a bulletin from IB that Bats data is messed up.
I thought smart would just re-route to help eliminate this type of issue.
