you really need to start throwing cars at the ER2...much better use of your trading $

Was in FAZ at 19.09 at 9:33am but didnt follow my system all the way through and jumped out at the first sign of weakness (at ~$19.30) on the 1min charts.
I really need to follow through with my system and not be so timid ! Could have rode it all the way up to $19.70
Made +$400
PS: Notice I called the downturn of the Dow Jones at 2:13pm yesterday

Was up $500, but then I chased two trades and didnt follow my system on a 3rd trade and ended up down $200.
I finally followed my system on my 4th trade, but then my brokers site went down for 5 min. Luckily, I was able to recover most of it.
I'm going to list out the 5 steps of my system and try to force myself to check every step before any trade tomorrow. I hope to do this for 20 straight trades so it becomes ingrained in me.
