Agree. Acrary added a lot of value here and much more than most. A person has to decide whether to believe what was written or not. His posts ring true to me and I decided to believe they came from a knowledgeable person who decided to teach a little bit or a lot.

If fed takes foot off the pedal then economy likely tanks; if they don't then rates go up, eventually. I agree with you, but what I stated could be a problem down the road fo a lot of things including housing.

Agree prices are probably going higher but would you rather buy when int rates are historically high or low?

I realize QT is said to be finished and maybe it already is, but I was using it with no problems as of yesterday. However, now I try to open the program and it gets about half-way through and then freezes. Anyone have an idea about how to fix this? Maybe an update, etc.? Thanks in advance.
