tepper, jiang, griffin, simons, among others all believe that 'luck' plays a role in winning trades... while nobody here would discredit their own research and hours of effort to completely ignore that some of aspect of this is pure luck would but ridiculous.

cliff or no cliff really doesnt matter... it's the debt ceiling bs all over again... i have been going into cash on the rips simply for profit taking going into the new year. i will reevaluate strategies for 2013 after the new year. my gut says hard assets are the way to go and leave the equity...

platform, support, etc. are two good reasons to leave a firm. i have been trading through amtd and havent had any complaints or issues however i am looking for additional bp to boost my account so i am entertaining a few shops.

i stated before, i have asked them directly. i wanted to hear from other traders who have traded there and have withdrawn their funds.

so everyone who has traded with echo still trades and has never left? i cannot find one person on here has walked away and withdrawn money. even reading the reviews people have great reviews but nobody comments on lock-up or withdrawing funds etc.

i called they told me that there isnt a lock-up but i wanted to confirm with others who traded there and they in fact were able to get their money out.

does echo trade have a one year lock up on funds? if i trade with them and do not like what they have to offer and want to leave 2, 3, 4 months in... am i able to or am i stuck with them for a year?

i dont think there is anyone who though otherwise... if they would've raised rates or lowered it would've moved the market.
