I had a similar day unfortunately. I found it hard to follow the gaussian formations. It seems to me that on lower volume days there is an increase of flaws which makes it more challenging. I have found from my personal experience that I seem to be able to see things better and faster in...
Great illustration. I like how you have STR/SQU tied into the picture. If we added Depth of Market (DOM) into the picture, would there be a wall at 1142.0? Also is there a percentage rule of thumb for a wall? Like 40-50% difference between bid/ask volume?

Ditto - I had the same problem with a lot of intra bar trend changes. Also in the first major down trend (about the first 2 hours) I kept trying to validate the trend with the gaussians. I know that increasing red gaussians are the sign for a down trend but because the the back to back flaws...

Great trading day today. Got a little confused on some of the gaussians in real-time. Here is my chart for the day - I was able to annotate real-time most of the day because I was off today.
I was able to kind of work from home today so I was able to periodically chart today in realtime. Most of the time I annotate hours after the markets are closed. The charting process for me seems to slow down in realtime. I notice myself getting impatient. Some of the gaussians I got mixed...
Yes - I was thinking notes. Note taking is what I meant (ftt, 1,2,3, etc,,,).
I have been corrected - QT does handle text notes. Maybe I will give it a try now. :)
Not good. Thanks for the link.
I wonder what the result of the case was? Because he still has his site out there ( http://www.masterynexus.com )and his books are still selling on Amazon.
I have watched some trading videos my Richard McCall who is all about integrating Martial Arts thinking into your trading style. I found it very interesting. He also has a book called "The Way of the Warrior-Trader"
