I am having exactly the same problem trying to import the "barpaint2" script. I wonder if the newer NT version I am using (6.5.1000.9) has a problem. I'll try it on a older version (if I can find one). (Or maybe it is another problem with Windows Vista) :( :( :(

Thanks. Since I had removed the old NT including the Documents files and started fresh, Pepe's original assembly was not there. I'll try copying the new *.cs files and compiling them.

My tick chart in NT looks screwy compared to the one I had in QuoteTracker. (See Attached). Can someone share their better setup?

Yep, that fixed it. On my laptop (with no separate numeric pad) the "fn" key plus the "p" key gives me the "*" function that brings up the color pallet, and the "fn" key plus the "/" key or the ";" key gives me the "-" or "+" functions needed to change the width. Thanks, nkhoi for leading me...

Well, at least I'm catching on. Love that DOM. I figured out how to change/extend channels without dragging the chart all over the place (a little tricky), but I still can't change the channel trendline width or color. Selecting (clicking on) the channel brings up the choices...

That's all the info your data source supplies to you -- and perhaps all the CME supplies to your data source. :)

If you want to use Mirus Trading's free direct live trading license for NinjaTrader, you will have to use version 6.5. It won't work with ver. 6.0 for live trading.

ericta, you can adjust the blank space on the right side of the NinjaTrader chart by going to "chart properties" (either by clicking on the properties icon at the top of the chart or right clicking on the chart and selecting "properties"or using Ctrl + T) then scrolling down to the "Window"...

ericta, are you using the latest BETA version of NT (6.5.0.8)? Many of LT's NinjaScripts won't work in the 6.0 regular versions of NT. :)

When I was using QT I was getting real time streaming data for free from by broker MB Trading and paying DTNIQ $25 per mo. to get backfill data (which MBT does not provide) I had no problems with that setup. (P.S. I still like QT for charting better than NT, but I do like the scripting...

I didn't have any problems with Ninja/Zenfire this afternoon and was even using 20 second bars during the really hot times. Just simming, not real trading, so I don't know how real order placement was going. NinjaScript barcheck formations really help keeping up with the action. Thanks LT !!!

I recall someone last year trying to program the Pace Lines to be dynamic based on the daily volume on the ES. Has anyone done this for NinjaTrader or do I have to get off my lazy ass and learn to program in Ninja Script? Thanks all!
