I'm still messing with the demo platform and have my idea that it means "smart routing"... So I have a question, If I set all my orders to go through NSDQ will all my hot-key order scripts conflict since they all have "SMRTL" in them? Will the order fail to go through due to this argument?

Appreciate the response. I was afraid of that...the UI is nicer than DAS, but as far as customization I'm finding DAS has Sterling beat. But at the same time I've heard DAS can sometimes not play nice with order routing etc. and depending on the liquidity provider you can have excessive fills....?

I know in DAS they have the ability to do so also a percentage of the buying power - wich will cause an odd lot btw - but I'm trying to find out if Sterling has the same capability albeit I might have to code it in???

Just stopped out. Now you can see the algo relax after it found my stop. Look on the five minute chart using bar chart, you can see the little hump where I entered on a failed break and the algo was fighting hard as you can see the density of bars from the initial tug of war it was trying to...

Currency brokers in the US are CFTC regulated and NFA members and they b-book all day. No routing to the market what-so-ever.

You should realize certain feeds have certain markets and work with certain platforms. I can always go to a different broker or even trade a different asset even at that matter. Or not even trade at all and go fishing every day.

Look up definition of a market maker. If you add liquidity you effectively are making a market, especially in the volume they deal with.

Unfortunately, that has never been the case. It's been a case by case issue for the longest time. The bigger the names the more the regulators need to save face for all the fees they garner from all the participants.
