Well I sorta fixed it. I installed the latest version and put it in a different directory. I tried changing permissions and ownership of the folder for the "Stable" version I was running and nothing I did worked.

I have it set to save the settings on the server so not sure why its not keeping my charts and such. everytime i shut it down it says uploading settings.

Having an issue in TWS build 981.3b no longer populates news when i click on it, its just black. I have to make a second click to open it in my browser.

Update: just had to wait a couple days and it showed up. It started working on my mobile app on Sat (the next day) didnt check my TWS until today (mon) but its working everywhere now.

Ib support said it will be a couple days before trading access is granted. So maybe thats why its not showing up yet. I always wonder if what they are telling me is accurate though. Guess ill see next week
