i think i see what your issue is. I have the same exact issue. Someone emailed me back and said i have to fill out a form with IB to be ALLOWED to purchase ETF's but he wasnt clear on what forms i need to fill out. My account is with US IB so i'm looking for guidance from someone in here...

Thanks so much for your advise. i'm no way ready for day trading i wanted to enter with this company with etf's as my starter. The interactive i'm on is int the US. Do you know what the form is called and how do i go about finding it on there site??? and thanks again Captain Caveman
