Does Interactive Brokers charge a fee when an ETF gets liquidated?

If an ETF that I own is going to liquidate itself, is Interactive Brokers going to charge me a fee when the ETF gets liquidated? TD Ameritrade and E-Trade charge a $38 "mandatory reorganization fee" when a company or ETF is liquidated. Does Interactive Brokers charge a similar fee?

Historical price data for Canadian stocks (including delisted stocks)

I am looking for at least 5 years worth of historical price data for Canadian stocks. Preferably accessible via a REST API similar to Polygon.io, or via CSV downloads. The price data does not have to be real-time. I am fine with delayed data, since I am mostly interested in historical price...

How grey market orders (OTCBB) are executed ?

Do you mean "do not exist" rather than "not allowed"? How are quotes "not allowed"? If a market maker starts to publicly quote prices for a grey market security, doesn't the security cease to be a grey market security and become an OTC Pink security instead?

    Reading financial reports

I don't quite understand what you wrote. What do you mean by "can"? Do you mean they deliberately and regularly declare annual losses 2 years out of every 5 years to reduce their tax bill? What point are you trying to make? Genuine question.

I understand. I'm mostly looking for small and simple educational software or simple options pricing calculators, rather than real platforms that others use to make money. I'm not really expecting others to share the main tools that they use to make money...

Confusion about markets in "Trading the Measured Move" by David Halsey

When there is buying pressure, price continues to rise. When there is selling pressure, price continues to fall. In "Trading the Measured Move", author David Halsey says quite the opposite: "Markets continue to rally because they are fueled by sellers at highs. Markets will stop making new...
