Order execution on IB paper server is down since 2022-11-13 18:00 ET. Futures orders are not executed. Live servers do not have this problem. Please fix it.

IB Gateway is unstable and needs to be restarted. I want the authentication information to be saved even when the entire process or OS is restarted. Currently, it only saves credentials during an automatic restart.

I heard that E-Trade is also down. I hope this is not a severe problem.

I solved. IB rejects IB gateway 978 from 18:24 EST. I updated to 979.4v and I can get E-mini S&P 500 data.

I'm using IBKR Hong Kong server and cannot get E-mini S&P 500 data from 2020-06-18 18:24:20 EST. The server is down for 4 hours and it is not recovered yet!

IBKR recovered at 21:23 ET. The second downtime was from 18:59 to 21:23 ET. The total down time was about 4 hours.

I'm using the Hong Kong server and I think the Hong Kong server is down. I cannot connect from March 9, 2020 18:54 UTC.
