Why would you be happy about a parabolic up market? I don't seem to remember any parabolic up markets that ended well :) Seems like it would be better for bulls to grind slowly higher without going too insane. Sadly, we are way beyond being able to do that any more.

So XLF is down 1.8% today .. which is far worse than Nasdaq, Dow, or S&P.. I guess I'm confused on how that is looking very good? I would think you would want to see it the other way around if you think financials are leading the way up.

Actually.. last week didn't hurt at all.. Market did exactly what it needed to do.. Dragged in as many new suckers as possible before the next down wave starts.. I shorted Dow and S&P Thursday and will stick with them until new all time highs or new lows .. Which do you think has a better...

Markets doing exactly what they need to do. Stage some furious buying binges to suck in as much money as humanly possible before the next wave takes us MUCH lower. Bear markets always end with the the most popular stocks that everyone loves being almost untouched. Netflix and Amazon deserve...
