What is the point of this? we have trading apps on our phones if we need to manage our positions while away. I for sure do not want to be having to deal with a robot on the other side of the phone if i really need help.

Exactly. Win win for CME. Agreed. A trader is not going to stop trading because of a 1 cent increase, I just don't like the pricing monopoly power being used by CME.

@nitro thank you for posting this. I am so tired of all these frauds. It seems like everyday a new fraud is on the news. This can not be new strategy for these companies, it just has to be the freedom and speed of information flow between customers that allows all of us to be warned and bust...

Obviously CFTC does not care about disclaimers. All of these frauds had the similar disclaimers. It looks like all the same disclaimer all over. I bet ninjatrader gave it to them to put on their websites. Since ninjatrader was the main company promoting all these frauds to their customers...

I was reading about this on a different forum. It is not only School of Trade. There are more ninjatrader vendors recently busted by the CFTC. I just created a thread with more of them in the retail firms section. I agree with ndtrader - Good job CFTC!
