I have often seen how traders refer to "S&P Cash" when they are talking about trading equity indexes. Would someone who is familiar with this term and equity indexes give me some insight as to what "S&P Cash" really is and how it is related to trading equity indexes or any other instrument for...

correct me if i'm wrong...but i believe volume and price with IB feed are usually correct...but they bundle the ticks...so they feed faster...thus...instead of feeding you 5 ticks of 2 contracts they feed you 1 tick of 10 contracts...not 100% certain..but just a thought

theta may be slightly important...i think we are looking at different trading ideas...i am talking more about buying options..as opposed to selling them...when buying options...the biggest thing is the underlying...its obvious that options lose time value as time passes...but if you're buying...

theta ...vega...not that important...know delta...and know your UNDERLYING...if you're holding an option long enough for theta or vega to matter...you're messing up
