    yes, usually the top 5 consists of the same 8 or so guys. The guys at the bottom are good traders, they just cant get out of their own way and learn to accept more risk.

    WTS prop - Downtown Boston branch. Another one of those days where every single trader in the office was up. We all trade the same methodology, which I guess makes sense sometimes.
