    Create a temporary folder to extract the qtfix.zip files into. Once they are all extracted copy them from the temporary folder to the QuoteTracker folder. Also, make sure that QT is not running when you copy the files.

    Nope, see my post above. Try this: Extract the files from the qtfix.zip archive into a temporary folder. Then copy the files from the temporary folder to the QT folder a couple at a time. This way you might be able to narrow down exactly which file or files are causing the problem. Before...

    Then something has to be wrong with how the permissions are set for the QuoteTracker folder. I am running QT on Vista with IE7 as the latest browser and the update went in without any issues.

    Assuming you are logged in to Windows with an administrator account... the 'Access Denied' appears when a file (or files) is in use when you attempt to replace it. QT can not be running when you try and update the files. If it is, exit QT and try again. If that doesn't work, reboot the computer...
