Allthough corporate tax is much lower than personal income tax, you end up getting double taxed as a corporation, so when you pay yourself the money it gets taxed again... so i can't see how incorporating could save you that much more tax than say if you declared yourself as self-employed, both...

your making it more complicated than it is i think. If u lose 5k that 5th month, you have to make it back the next month. i dont see any prop firm paying you until u make back that loss at least. Furthermore, it doesn't matter what you made before, you already got paid for it!!!!!
