Today's activity in RTSX may be related to the appearance of the CEO on CNBC at around 11:40 a.m. during which price spiked to 26.85. I hope this leads to futher price appreciation but I have my doubts. It looks like a lot of blocks were picked up this morning and cashed out on the spike.
