CNBC hates daytraders. I remember they had a whole series on the evils of daytrading back in early 2000. This guy was probably smoking some pot in his garage. They just love dishin negative dirt on day trading. Just another nail in the coffin.

I heard they were coming out in June on Trading Markets. That was last month. I haven't heard anything since. I figured by this point there would have been more of a buzz about them.

There are ways to make money in this market. However, I do agree that the time horizon has changed from seconds, and minutes to hours and days. The VIX has been extremely instrumental in identifying overbought and oversold conditions. Larry Conners on trading markets has several VIX indicators...

Ive always been a passive reader on this site and never felt the need to chime in. I just want to get one thing straight, winning is winning, losing is losing, and excuses dont pay the bills. Im not mentioning names, but the unjustified arrogance of some of the traders in this discussion is mind...
