would it be correct to call bullish divergence on multiple time frames of the MACD histo?

that doesn't seem fair. i have yet to see b1s2 claim a trade that he hasn't explicitly posted. in my opinion his comment showed his intent was to look for shorts. in the past he has made similar comments and later he either called a trade in real time or stated that he missed the move.

do IB and TS have streaming time & sales for the ES? as far as i can tell thinkorswim does not. btw, tos shows 62.50 printed as well.
