I tried to get this going last year, and got 0 responses. If you find a good space with a little room let me know. I'm currently sharing some space in the west loop with a buddy who runs a new start up company, but it might be nice to be around some traders.

I usually stay out of this kind of stuff, and frankly it saddens me as to how ET has evolved from professional traders to what it currently is. I'm only speaking up because of the fact that Mav is one of the few remaining professional independent traders that constantly contribute to the boards...

Thanks for the replies. I live in the West Loop so thats why I was thinking around there, I dont' want to drive or take the Metra out of the city everyday.. I actually might have a lead on a place further west, Chicago/Damon area. I trade equities, but thanks for the info.

Haha, I remember this site, when I was just out of college I'd make the spread. It wasn't much but it was still free money.

How would we know that your fear of failure is gone? What have you done to change your beliefs about this? If you actually get this which I highly doubt, no offense, it might actually be harder to trade since its not your hard earned money ect... Why not just put up like 10k in a prop account...

I only intraday trade equities, usually different ones each day (thus different A & C Values), and it continues to amaze me how these levels work ;)

Anyone have a .efs file for Esignal for the ACD levels on equities with 20% of the ATR? I have a file for the opening range, but can't figure out how to plot the A&C levels so I currently do it manually via excel. If anyone is willing to share, I'd be very grateful.

Thanks. I already have my 56 as I'm current with a CBSX BD just shopping for other deals, and looking for information about these guys and how they are structured. So is CTG their own BD or are they a subset in WTS? Is WTS a US BD or Canadian BD? What is JC's affiliation with CTG and/or WTS?

Sorry to bump this back up, I'm curious about this firm. Has anyone traded out of their office in Chicago? If so how big is there office, do they charge a desk fee? I have looked through a bunch of reviews about CTG and haven't seen much negative comments about them, does this still hold up...

I rarely pay attention to CNBC anymore, only when Fisher is on do I make sure to tune in. Too bad they cut him off and gave him the least amount of airtime

So if you do 500kshs you get $500 rebate AND the $400 month data charged covered? How does Sterling compare to Lightspeed as far as speed for someone who does a lot of volume in the first 45mins based on the tape? Do they accept a s56 in place of a S7?

Trading is a marathon, not a sprint.. Seems like you are giving back too much, also seems like you are trading a ton of shares for not having bigger days. Just my friendly advice, take it as you will.
