Haha, this bug is there for years. Reported many times. The problem with IB is that the less public a complaint is made the less attention it gets. So posting it here makes a chance it will be fixed finally. Posting on IB own forums makes less attention to the staff and their universal reply...

No, you can make a hotkey attaching bracket ONLY to LMT order now. Do not ask me why. I do not understand it. It is really silly! You can attach it to STP order by hand via the menu. They only disabled to make a hotkey. Via hotkeys you are limited to LMT orders now.

This is not a bug but design. There is text "Limited to LMT orders" now!

I have also problem with brackets with the last update. My hotkeys are not working anymore. I use brackets attached to STP (not LMT) orders and they can be attached only to LMT orders now. You do not have to register. Just follow the link "DOWNLOAD FILE". The orange button in bottom, not the yellow one. Then click "DOWNLOAD WITH LIMITED SPEED". It is orange link again under a yellow one. The yellows are ads.
