Really? How on earth did you come to that conclusion? I'm not actually available for consultation btw...I only did the course for my benefit....having said that, the amount of bollocks and misinformation being spread on here and in general, well, looks like a possible lucrative opportunity to...

    Recovery

I'm a certified Personal Trainer, did intensive study for almost a year and then a rather horrendous written exam (which lasted for a day!) at the end, which i passed last month (May). What's your qualification? The ability to read misleading stuff on the internet? Research shows the more...

V good...go to the gym everyday if you have the time and energy. Go intense as you can, never to failure...back off immediately if any pain or injury. There will be days in which you feel great and able to be more intense and days in which you just don't have it and you go easier on those days.

    Recovery

Totally incorrect. Not really a problem since for most of them, it's their job. Beginners have it easy...just turn...

Debunking the paleo diet? | Christina Warinner | TEDxOU

A healthy diet should consist of sufficient calories composed of sufficient protein and an abundance of all fats (especially omega 3), fruits and veggies. Avoid certain foods like wheat and soya (unless fermented..both of them). Also avoid trans fats. Certain vitamins and minerals may still need...

    Recovery

Exactly....the research only supports training once a week for rank novices...after a few weeks, frequency has to increase. At the top of the tree, elite athletes should be training 12 sessions a week.

Uber wants Sheryl Sandberg to be its next CEO

I owe and drive my own car, but I often take uber when I can't be bothered to drive myself. So far, excellent service at a reasonable cost (I'm based on London).

Using Average True Range (ATR) at key levels

ATR is a measure of (historic) volatility. You can do what you want with it, but that doesn't change what it is.

    Calorie Question

The more unprocessed a food is, the more energy the body needs to digest it. A person could increase their energy expenditure quite substantially (say 10-25%) by switching from a diet of processed food to unprocessed (e.g. eating Kelloggs crappy cereal to eating boiled vegetables). Broccoli...
