IMHO, if you're a technical trader - you really shouldn't spend too much time interpreting those numbers. In the end - what matters is what market participants do as it shows up in price. Every bad number lately have been bought... I've been technically bullish since the 6th of April and unless...

With regards to what I said - what's the meaning of your quote? I'm familiar with that quote. But truth be told - not quite sure I agree with it, unless we confine it to short term traders.

Nice squeeze. If this is a bear market rally - it better end soon.

Range bound, but looks good for the long side here, IMO. Strong short term bias higher as long as we hold above yesterday's Close at 2789. Of course - if the 2810 area is heavily sold with continuation - that changes the picture.

Today closed roughly in the middle of this week's range and slightly below the middle of last week's range. So far - this is an Inside Week. Inside Weeks are rare. Now, you figure out the rest... :)

Feels like summer doldrum is here already... A 20 point range at 11:30 makes this the narrowest range since mid february. I'm pretty sure we'll see some slower and tighter ranges moving forward, so best prepare for it. The sad thing is that historically speaking - this is quite a nice day. But...

Been a few double and triple bottoms lately. Very easy to start thinking short when price moves lower...
