U are v unhealthy and you need to lose a lot of fat asap. 1700 calories a day, 180g of protein, heavy weights in gym 3 to 4x a week. Weigh yourself everyday and keep a log. Probably lose about 1% to 2% of bodyweight a week. If you start plateauing drop calories by a 100.
