I never suggested exclusively eating just one food or plant. Who would eat like this? A variety of plants eaten over the course of the day supplies all the amino acids in sufficient ratio.
BTW, 600 tomatoes is about 1200 grams of COMPLETE protein.

Most get TOO many calories not too few. Skipping meals can help.
