    Dow historical volatility since 2011

What is "Dow Realized Vol", as compared to the VIX let's say? The VIX is a lot higher than it was a few months ago, but I don't think that far from its historical norm. It can go a LOT higher. Not sure what Dow Realized Vol is. Thanks!

Chiming in on everyone's futures trading? Like "nice call!" or "good job!"? Other than that I've been asking a lot of questions (and took a lot of heat - people said "just start trading" - hence this thread lol). Can't think of much other "chiming in" I've been doing. And of course I know...

I thought I put it above - in the paper trade account their bars on the chart would not automatically update. And when I tried to do it manually half the time it wouldn't work. Plus the prices shown on the charts were not the current prices - when I would place a market order I'd get a price...

Yea its nuts. I think the market thinks, "which way can I go today to troll the most people", and does that. Several on here were saying today was going to be a huge up day!

No, I shorted some today in fact. Why would me playing around trying to learn trading mean I have to stop doing anything else?

Oh I follow you SunTrader, the multiplier is 5. Was just reporting the points to keep it simpler. But I'm stopping this anyways - their paper trading platform SUCKs.

I guess what I'm thinking about is when I can draw a line right above and below the price levels of at least 3 of the candle boxes (probably more) and those lines are pretty steeply sloped upwards or downwards. The details are in the eye of the beholder, of course. I'm all ears!

This is horrible. Their bars are not even keeping up with the real time what's happening. I have to manually reset, then the bars don't even correspond to the buy and sell actual prices. Their simulator SUCKS. Abandon, batman. Will switch to small real trades per yalls suggestions...
