I just rage traded +4 points after my ES short got stopped out from moving my stop against my rules too early. How often does rage trading actually work out ? ALmost never..... Got lucky. Gotta keep my emotions in check today. Might be too much caffeine. who knows

daily chart looks like we might need a one day rest before new highs. I'm predicting that the daily range has already been made in the overnight session

yep. That’s why sometimes I’ll buy near the lows off of 60 min chart and not look at anything lower. I feel like I trade better. Look at anything lower off the open and you start churning and closing trades early

u quoted it best. I wasn’t able to make scaling out work. If I take 1/2 off at 4 points and 1/2 off at 8, we’ll shit I shoulda just held to 6 points. Often times it’s just watching your r:r, percentage likelihood of trading winning, and current volatility
